Description
Capgemini Favourites aggregates all useful links, that the company's employees might need.
The tool targets three main user profiles: new joiners, power users, and content creators.
Prior to the website redesign, the site was barely visited, and completely unuseful because of the outdated look, and difficulties with access for a large part of the intended users.

My contribution
Benchmarking
Benchmarking purpose was to find neat bookmarking products and to analyse them upon used solutions.
User stories
All requirements and features were mapped and delivered as user stories, so they could be more understandable.
User flows
Writing the flows has helped especially in terms of an admin panel. They flagged potential structural problems and defined them.
Wireframing
During this step, the proposal contained 3 different layout options, which were later transformed into one, simplified structure.
Visual style
Initially, there were 3 Capgemini branded options provided to the stakeholder.
UI Design
UI ended up being a combination of 2 chosen visual styles, with a structure based on the updated wireframes.
Admin Panel
The Admin panel is designed to provide for every department working in Poland. The UI was aligned with other newly built tools' admin panels and developed on the Laravel framework.


Accessibility validation
The final step of the design process was our internal validation of WCAG 2.1 standards and this product succeeded in meeting AAA level.
