Description

iKnow stands for a knowledge management tool type of platform, which serves as a storage for organizational knowledge and a single source of truth.

Content is grouped into articles, and varies depending on the user's role. The platform's key aspect is efficient search.

  • Daily basis support of employees as the single source of truth

  • A replacement of the outdated platform and operating system

My contribution

Benchmarking

Many good practices were found in several knowledge base platforms mentioned in Magic Quadrant Report 2020, but in the end, it was Zendesk and ServiceNow that influenced the project the most.

UI Design

As a part of the Capgemini products, user interface is aligned with brand book guidelines and WCAG 2.1 standards.

Prototyping

Key interactions were reflected on a prototype - later used during guerilla testing.

Querilla testing

Querilla test was conducted on the three sample users with a medium to high knowledge of computer systems.

Key findings held the potential to be applied to future phase development.
